This Privacy Policy explains how RevMax (the “Platform”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with your use of our software, website, and related services (together, the “Services”). RevMax is a product of Rethink Collective, Inc. (“Rethink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which is the legal entity responsible for operating the Platform and processing data under this Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website at revmaxhub.xyz, when you create or use an account on the Platform, or when you otherwise interact with us in connection with RevMax. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in order to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, to support your use of RevMax, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
1.1 Account and Contact Information
When you create an account, request a demo, sign up for communications, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, business name, password, and user role or permissions within your organization. If you contact us for support, we may also collect information about your request and any additional details you choose to provide.
1.2 Business and Operational Data Stored in RevMax
RevMax is an infrastructure platform that allows you to store and manage information about your customers, leads, and operations. In the course of using the Services, you may upload or enter information such as contact records, lead and opportunity details, forms and survey responses, appointment and booking information, notes, files, and other business data.
You remain the owner of this business and customer data. We store and process it solely to provide the Services to you, to maintain the security and reliability of the Platform, and to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
1.3 Messaging and Communications Data
RevMax enables you to send SMS, email, calls, and other communications to your contacts. When you use these features, we process information such as the phone numbers and email addresses you provide, the content of messages you send through the Platform, delivery status and carrier responses, opt-in and opt-out status, and communication logs required for compliance, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, store, and communicate with the contacts you add to your RevMax account. RevMax does not sell, rent, share, or use your contact lists for our own marketing purposes.
We store message content only as necessary to deliver communications and maintain system logs. Metadata such as timestamps, delivery results, and sender information may be retained as required for security, regulatory obligations, and carrier compliance.
While RevMax provides the infrastructure to send communications, you are the sender of record and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable messaging laws, opt-in requirements, carrier rules, and content standards.
1.4 Usage and Technical Information
When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information. This may include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, features used, dates and times of access, session duration, and other diagnostic or log information.
We use this information to operate and secure the Platform, to understand how the Services are used, to identify and resolve issues, and to improve performance and reliability.
1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, maintain the security of your session, and analyze usage of the Services. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features of the Services may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
2. AI Features and Knowledgebases
RevMax includes optional AI-assisted features and allows you to upload your own documents, knowledgebases, or other content to power AI responses tailored to your business.
When you use these features, we process the prompts you submit, the content you upload, and the AI-generated responses provided to you. We log this activity in order to operate the features, improve stability, and prevent abuse.
RevMax does not use your private business data or uploaded knowledgebases to train the underlying base AI models. Your uploaded content is used only to provide AI responses within your account and remains under your control. You retain ownership of that content, subject to any applicable agreements between you and your own customers or stakeholders.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: To provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including hosting your data, supporting your account, and enabling features such as CRM, automations, messaging, forms, payments, and memberships. To process and deliver communications you initiate, including SMS, email, and other messages sent through the Platform. To personalize and improve the user experience, understand how the Services are used, and develop new features or enhancements. To provide customer support, respond to your inquiries, and communicate with you about your account, system updates, security notices, and administrative information. To monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, carrier requirements, and law enforcement requests.
We do not use your customer lists or stored business data to send our own marketing messages to your contacts, and we do not sell personal data.
If you close your account or request deletion of your RevMax data, we will begin deleting or anonymizing information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Certain data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
If you request a copy of your stored data, we will provide a reasonable export of information associated with your account, subject to system limitations and applicable retention rules. Data exports are performed for the account owner of record, following verification of identity and authorization.
4. Payment Processing
If you subscribe to paid Services, your payments will be processed by third-party payment providers. RevMax currently uses Stripe to process subscription and other payments, and PayPal to send referral or affiliate payouts where applicable.
When you submit payment information, you do so directly through our payment processor’s secure environment. We do not store or have access to full credit card numbers or other highly sensitive payment instrument details. Those details are handled in accordance with the payment providers’ own security and privacy practices, including PCI-DSS requirements.
We may store limited billing information such as billing contact details, transaction dates, and amounts, as needed for account management, receipts, tax, and compliance.
5. Data Storage and Security
RevMax is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and business data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
These measures include encryption in transit (for example, using TLS for data transmitted between your browser and our systems) and encryption at rest where appropriate, access controls, authentication, network monitoring, and other safeguards aligned with common SaaS security practices.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, we work to maintain a security posture appropriate to the nature of the data we process and the risks inherent in providing the Services.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information and business data for as long as your account is active, as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, or as required to meet legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting obligations.
When your account is closed or when we no longer need certain information for the purposes for which it was collected, we will delete or anonymize the data, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period. In cases where full deletion is not immediately possible (for example, in backup archives), we will isolate the data and restrict it from further processing until deletion becomes feasible.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us to: Request access to the personal information we hold about you in connection with your RevMax account. Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. Request deletion of your account or certain data, subject to legal or contractual retention obligations. Opt out of marketing communications from us by using the unsubscribe links in our emails or by contacting us directly.
If you are a resident of a region with specific privacy rights, such as California or certain EU/UK jurisdictions, you may have additional rights, including the right to request information about the categories of personal data we collect and disclose, and the right to request deletion or restriction of processing under applicable law.
RevMax does not sell personal data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise your rights or ask questions about them, you can contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools and providers, such as analytics services, payment processors, SMS and email carriers, advertising platforms, or other applications you choose to connect to RevMax.
When you use or enable these third-party services, your information may be shared with them as needed to operate the integration. These third parties process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to your RevMax account or otherwise use alongside the Platform.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are acting as a parent or legal guardian with authority to permit use by a minor.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe we may have collected data from a minor, please contact us at [email protected].
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and may also provide notice through the Platform or via email.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you accept the updated terms.
